This is by far the best pest control company in the area. Incredibly responsive, friendly staff, and most importantly very knowledgeable. These guys use a lot of the tools that should be used (outside house wash, regular insecticide dusting) at each visit, on top of the typical liquid sprays. Small locally owned company where every employee is skilled at their profession. I’ve recommended them many times to other people that have been just as pleased.
They do a yearly termite inspection and they also provided assistance with a bat that was in my attic. They were able to help me find out how the bat entered the attic.
They are very good, they always keep in touch with me every year to set up the inspection. When they come, they are always prompt and reliable. They are also very courteous and friendly.
Treatment for Termites
Selling house and required a WDI Report. All American provided a through inspection. Results, previous termite damage, but no current activity. Required to treat for Buyers mortgage company approval. Got several estimates. All American was lowest cost for same treatment as the others. And they were able to schedule treatment within 3 business days of acceptance of contract. Provided great service. Ensured cement was repaired and cleaned up after treatment.
I have used them for several years, almost 10 years. They check for termites and standard spray.
They are on time for the most part. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They do call in advance if they are unable to make the appointment. I have not had any major pest issues.
This company has performed monthly pest control services for my rental units for almost a year. They are always on time, are diligent in covering all areas and take the time to answer any questions.
My one rental house is in an area that is known for "water bugs" - those big ugly Oriental Cockroaches. Harmless, but gross. When we saw an increase in some bug activity, the service rep (John) took extra time to use additional treatments to control the problem and I was not charged any additional fee. The prices are very reasonable, the service quality is great and the company always communicates with me if they need to change my standard monthly appointment. For a small business, those are very important. I have so much faith in All American, that I recommended them to replace Terminix as our pest control company at my church. They are about half the price and are more thorough in the treatment - a real win-win for a church. I love this company!!
Rick and Jay treated our house for termites in May 2006, with Termidor. They drilled, treated, and patched all exterior slabs. Trenched and rodded soil along our foundation. Knocked down all mud trails and treated our structural wood with borates.
They cleaned up after themselves and even patched some cracks in our sidewalk. We had a flagstone patio that had to be drilled and my wife was very concerned with it cracking or chipping. Rick assured us that when they were done we would hardly even know that it had been touched. He was absolutely right and we could tell that he had done this before.
